I run into allot of people who want to make money quick and do very little work. At first they read my blog about making money promoting poker sites, then they want to start a poker blog. I set them up with a poker domain name and a Wordpress. They make a couple of posts then give up, and they say they couldn’t get poker sign ups etc etc. In one way this is bad for me because I lose sub affiliate income, but in another odd way it’s good for me. This means that people in general are not motivated and will not be competition in the future. In fact, the more poker sites that don’t exist, the more money I will make because I wont be competing for poker keywords.

Some of my sub affiliates are working hard though and I’m making money off of them. It may be small, but In the long run it’s going to keep growing. I’d say I’m the happiest right now with the
Full Tilt Poker affiliate program. It makes it really easy for me to sign people up with their banners with tracking codes for sub affiliates. They also have great tools and poker widgets!

I’m hoping Doyles Room affiliate program will step it up a notch and make sub-affiliate banners
and tracking links….
