To succeed as a poker affiliate in 2008 or after, new affiliates are going to have to take over specialized
markets. The reason for this is google give authority to sites like Two Plus Two and pokernews.com and such. These sites have been around for quite some time and google loves them. So to become a relevant player in the poker affiliate business, you have to tackle a niche. I am currently doing so for H.O.R.S.E. poker via my horse poker blog here.
Google is more likely to give me a good result in serps if I have less competition.
