David Chip Reese has died last night in his Las Vegas home at the age of only 56. Chip Reese is known as one of the best players in the world if not the best cash game player who has ever lived.

It was sad when I heard about Chip Reese passing away. A great poker player and a all around good guy. Everyone in the poker scene will miss Chip. I feel for his family and friends that were closet to him. It’s tough to lose someone at such a young age. Yes 56 is still considered young in my books. I lost my grandfather at age 83. Poker doesn’t seem as important when you lose someone.
