Hi everyone, I’ve been really busy dealing with 2 insurance companies. I’ve been unlucky enough to have two bad things happen to me in the last 6 months. My commercial property caught fire, the other was that my laptop got stolen from my car. I suggest that if anyone one has Travelers insurance that they change companies right away. My claims representative Holly Disque is trying not to pay me the full amount of my claim by arguing that because I check my emails on my personal laptop that it’s a business computer! This is totally an insurance company trying not to pay what they owe! They do it time and time again. HDISQUE@travelers.com. I’ve also purchased Hollydisque.com as a “business acuisition”.  I bought it with a holding company that I own that owns nothing and has no assets.  Travelers insurance really messed with the wrong person when they decided to try to get out of this claim.  The fact that I own over a 1000 domains means at times when I’m out with my laptop, I check my other emails.  In fact the emails I check are person emails that get business transmissions.   I don’t have business emails.  So if lets say you owned 1000 real propeties like homes, you would get people calling your personal phone number to ask you to sell your properties.  Once I tell my accountant that my laptop is personal - do you think hes going to list it as a business expence? No! Hes a straight up guy and won’t.  So I will have to pay taxes on a computer that was taken from me.  This is totally ruining my standard of living and causing me my blood pressure to rise!  Wait for monday when they see me outside their local office with a picket sign……. 

Progressive insurance handled my auto claim for my laptop right away and paid my car dealer.  I even talked to the Progressive rep and he said that he checks his business emails from his personal computer.  If I was some theif I could say my Ipod, video camera, camera, or other things were in the car.  The fact is that I was honest and told them the truth and Travelers Insurance does not pay their claims!
